FRENCH TOAST SANDO

Cut sourdough bread into sandwich sized slices

In a bowl, add 2 eggs, half a cup of heavy whipping cream, a few dashes of cinnamon and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Add butter to a pan on medium heat. While this is heating up, drop your bread in the egg mixture and submerge on both slides.
Cook on each side until golden color.

Get a separate plate and add a hefty amount of cinnamon and sugar (1 to 5 parts). Once bread is golden brown on both sides, coat entire bread slices in the sugar mixture.

Place a slice of american cheese (if you have a vendetta against american cheese use whatever your heart desires). Top the bread with scrambled or fried eggs, add bacon (I like around 4 pieces).

Cut this b*tch in half, and if you’re feeling crazy dip it in maple syrup and enjoy.
