BREAKFAST PIZZA

Preheat Oven to 425F.

Place your pizza dough onto a 10x15 inch baking pan, with oiled parchment paper. Stretch it out to where the dough hangs over the edges.

We’re making a stuffed crust. Take your sausage links and make an outline on the edges of the pan, then fold the hanging dough back over the sausages. Use a fork and pinch the rolled over dough onto the pizza, avoiding breakage.

Now, brush crust with melted butter and dump a good amount of everything bagel seasoning on it.

Scramble 6 eggs together, and pour into the middle of the pizza.
Place into the oven.

While it’s baking, prep your toppings. I’m using bacon, onions and peppers, but the world is yours with these options.

When eggs are half way cooked, (around 10-12 minutes) take it out, and add a healthy amount of shredded cheddar cheese and your chosen toppings. This is a good time to brush some more melted butter onto the crust. *For bacon have it pre cooked!

Cook until cheese is beginning to brown and bubble, and eggs are fully cooked, around 13-15 minutes total. Optional, drizzle with hot honey and enjoy!
